Even though the rooms were unfortunately not well maintained and had signs of humidity, the hotel's location offered breathtaking views and was perfect for a long stay in San Andres. The dining options were tasty but sometimes lacked variety, and the service experience was mixed with friendly staff and some rude encounters. The hotel provided fresh dining options and surrounded by beautiful gardens, making it a tranquil place to spend time at. Overall, there were both positives and negatives worth considering.
